Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refund Requests
Cancellations must be received in writing and may be emailed to registration@mfghome.org.
A $75 administrative fee will apply for all cancellations received by April 14, 2025.
No refunds will be processed after April 14, 2025.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Event Policies
Media Inquiries: Congress & Expo is open to invited media only. For media inquiries or to request an invitation, email registration@mfghome.org.
Badges: All conference participants must register and wear badges for admission to workshops, the Expo Hall, and any Congress & Expo events. Access to all Congress & Expo functions and the MHI Neighborhood without a badge will be denied. Attendees without an official Congress & Expo badge will be asked to show proof of registration, reprint their name badge, or register for the conference. Failure to show proof of registration will result in removal from Congress & Expo. Please note that guest registrations may only attend the Expo Hall and social events. Social events include the evening networking sessions.
Special Accommodations
If you require special accommodations, please email events@mfghome.org. Special accommodations include dietary restrictions and ADA accessibility. Please note: Any registered dietary restrictions must be submitted by April 14th in order to be accommodated.
