Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refund Requests
Cancellations must be received in writing and may be emailed to registration@mfghome.org.
There will be a $75 processing fee for all cancellations received on or before March 12, 2026
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 12, 2026.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Media Inquiries: Congress & Expo is open to invited media only and inquiries must be made in advance. For media inquiries, contact registration@mfghome.org.
Special Accommodations
If you require special accommodations, please email events@mfghome.org. Special accommodations include dietary restrictions and ADA accessibility. Please note: Any registered dietary restrictions must be submitted by March 12 in order to be accommodated.
