Part 1: Time Management That Works
This module shifts PHCs from reaction mode to intentional production by teaching disciplined time blocking, daily non-negotiables, and structured weekly planning.

Part 2: Marketing & Personal Branding
This module teaches PHCs how to move beyond transactional home postings and become the trusted authority in their market through strategic personal branding and content marketing.

Part 3: Modern Lead Handling
This module equips PHCs to communicate with today’s buyer across phone, text, email, social, and web leads—quickly, professionally, and with clear next steps. Participants learn structured lead-handling scripts that build trust, uncover motivation, and confidently move every conversation toward one goal: the appointment.

Part 4: The Consultative Sales Process
This module teaches PHCs how to guide buyers through a structured, relationship-driven sales process that reduces uncertainty and builds emotional certainty before ever stepping into a home. Participants learn how to conduct a high-impact interview, use the Good–Better–Best showing strategy, uncover objections early, and confidently lead buyers to clarity—and the close.

Part 5: Asking for the Business and Handling Objections with Confidence
This module teaches PHCs how to confidently ask for the sale and professionally handle objections using a calm, structured approach. Participants learn the A.R.I.C. framework to reduce buyer uncertainty, uncover the real hesitation, and lead conversations forward without pressure—turning objections into opportunities to close.

César Mascorro, Jr. is the founder and President of MH Sales Mastery and a driving force behind the evolution of manufactured home sales. César spent 14 years of front-line experience in retail sales in Texas at Manufactured Housing Consultants and Titan Factory Direct as a sales consultant, sales manager, ops manager, and general manager. Since launching MH Sales Mastery 3 years ago, he's been transforming sales organizations across the country. César is on a mission: to re-engineer how our industry sells and who it serves.

Known for his high-energy, no-fluff, tactical delivery, César specializes in helping retail and community operators modernize their approach to sales and drastically increase profitability. His work is unapologetically bold, breaking outdated habits, elevating the buyer experience, and turning average teams into elite sales forces.
