Partner with MHI

1. Go to https://congressandexpo.expo-genie.com/mhice26/entry-wizard/
2. Click on Select Booth in the Menu Bar.
3. On the floor plan map, white colored booths are available for purchase. Hover your mouse over the booth you wish to purchase and click on it.
4. A pop-up window will open. At the top, it should note “Available for Purchase.” You will see the price, the booth number, and detail of what is included with the booth. If you wish to purchase that booth, click “Add to Cart." Note: that if you are purchasing multiple booths you need to add each one to your cart.

5. Click the “Next” button.

6. Review the optional add ons by clicking “View Add Ons”. To select an enhanced exhibitor directory listing, hover over the image you would like to select, then click on “Add to Cart.”

7. Click the “Next” button.

8. Complete the basic information fields.

9. At the bottom of the page, click to agree to the Terms & Conditions (linked above) and click that you are not a robot.

10. Click the “Next” button.

11. You will see your cart total. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.

12. Enter your “Billing Details”.

13. Enter your payment information and press “Place Order”.

14. You did it! Your Congress & Expo booth purchase is complete. You will receive information about how to use your complimentary registration and register other attendees from your company from MHI in the coming weeks. You will also receive information from The Expo Group, the general services contractor for 2026 Congress & Expo, with information about placing orders for additional services and furnishings, and how to ship your materials. Please check back in the congressandexpo.expo-genie.com/mhice26/ portal as the show approaches to ensure your exhibitor tasks are completed.

Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes pipe and drape, an ID sign, existing carpet, a 6 ft. skirted table, waste basket and two chairs. Also, each 10′ x 10″ booth includes one complimentary registration; instructions on how to use the complimentary registration will be sent separately via email to the booth contact listed. Please note will not refund those who registered without using the complimentary registration.

MHI has contracted with The Expo Group to serve as the exclusive general services contractor for MHI 2026 Congress & Expo. After you purchase your booth, The Expo Group will reach out with you with a login for you to use to order additional items and services.

Exhibitor move-in will take place on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. All booths must be set up by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 7.

The Exhibit Hall will be open on the following dates and times:

• Tuesday, April 7 — 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday, April 8 — 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday, April 9 — 8:00 AM – 10:45 AM

Your Congress & Expo registration allows you to access the Expo Hall, educational sessions, continental breakfasts, networking breaks, Wednesday's networking lunch, and receptions. Access to the National Communities Council Spring Forum and MHI-PAC Clay Shoot and Golf Tournament require separate registrations.

MHI Members that are exhibiting and sponsoring may purchase pre- and post-event attendee list. The pre-event attendee list is distributed after early registration closes, and the post-event attendee list is distributed after the conclusion of the event. These lists must be used only to promote your company’s participation in Congress & Expo and is not to be used for any other purpose or forwarded outside your organization. Please note the lists will only include those registrants who have opted to share their information.

MHI exhibitors are welcome to provide swag to be featured at the MHI Marketplace. Located outside of the Expo Hall, the MHI Marketplace will provide attendees with a sponsored bag and an interactive station to pick up sponsored swag. Participating companies must provide 1,500 pieces and are encouraged to send a branded item or giveaway rather than paper collateral. All swag must be approved by MHI. Limit one per company. Limited availability. Marketplace swag opportunities are $2,000 each and can be purchased as an ‘add on’ in the exhibitor portal.

Booth cancellations must be received in writing to exhibits@mfghome.org. Exhibitors who cancel on or before February 27, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for any reason for cancellations received after February 27, 2026. No refunds will be issued for “no shows”.
