HUD’s Model Installation Standards mandate that each state must establish an installation program and maintain minimum installation standards. State Administrative Agencies (SAAs) are tasked with setting manufactured home installation requirements that comply with the minimum standards and are appropriate for local conditions. In states not choosing to administer their own manufactured home installation program, HUD administers the installation program. Join a panel of industry experts as they share their insights about recent trends and requirements related to the installation of manufactured homes.
