Parking at the Hyatt
The Hyatt Regency offers valet and self-parking options. Overnight valet parking is available for $40 per night and self-parking is available for $25 every 24 hours. The platinum parking garage is attached to the Hyatt.

Airport Information
New Orleans is centrally accessible via the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). The Hyatt Regency is 15 miles from the airport.

Ride Share Services – Uber & Lyft
Uber and Lyft offer transportation services from the Airport. Passengers can meet their app-based ride service outside of the Ground Transportation Center located on the first floor of the Short-Term Parking Garage by crossing the pedestrian crosswalk located outside of Baggage Claim 6. Ubers are approximately $35 from the airport to the Hyatt.

Taxi Services
Taxicab booths are located on the first level of the Terminal outside of Baggage Claim Belts 1 and 14. Passengers must wait in line at one of these booths for taxi service.

Taxi rides cost $36.00 from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) or French Quarter (west of Elysian Fields) for up to two (2) passengers. For three (3) or more passengers, the fare will be $15.00 per passenger. Taxis are required to accept credit card payments.

Meeting Attire/Weather
Business or business casual attire is appropriate for Congress & Expo. Plan to bring a sweater as meeting room temperatures may vary. If you plan to explore New Orleans while you’re in town bring suitable clothing. Average temperatures for New Orleans in May is a low in the mid 60’s and a high in the mid-80’s.

Jazz Fest 2019
The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, known as Jazz Fest, is taking place in New Orleans the weekend prior to Congress and Expo.
