Jerry is the founder and co-host of a popular weekly radio program on BuilderRadio.com. In addition, he is the author of two books,
The Complete Guide to Selling New Homes for Million-Dollar Producers and Selling New Homes the Easy Way. Rouleau’s address to the Congress and Expo audience will provide ideas that manufacturers, retailers, lenders, suppliers and land-lease community owners can use immediately to improve their business and will focus on sales and marketing ideas that can make a difference in today’s changing housing market. |

Thursday’s general session,

green building movement and will feature two well known experts
on green building and energy efficient technologies for housing
– Mark LaLiberte and Ron Jones.

Mark LaLiberte is a
distinguished author, trainer and consultant who has devoted two
decades to educating the home building industry about the
benefits of constructing durable, energy efficient and healthier
homes. He served as an advisor to EPA’s EnergyStar Program and
has been a featured speaker at events such as the NAHB
International Builders Show, West Coast Green, Energy Star
Summit and GreenBuild conferences. Through his company Building
Knowledge Inc., his focus is to help the building industry learn
to build better homesand better businesses. |

Ron Jones is an internationally
renowned builder, architectural designer and pioneer in the
green building movement. He has served on the boards of
directors for both the U.S. Green Building Council and the

BUILDER®, co-founder of Green Builder Media LLC and editorial
director of Green Builder Magazine. He has been a
dedicated ambassador for green building serving organizations
